Sarasota Art Museum Teen Arts Council

Sarasota Art Museum is committed to cultivating the next generation of fine art enthusiasts and professionals. Through its Teen Arts Council (SAM TAC), each year SAM selects a dedicated group of local high school students who demonstrate a shared interest in visual art and community engagement. This paid, year-long commitment offers Teen Arts Council Members valuable opportunities to learn about the museum field, develop workplace and team-building skills, and learn about a range of art industry paths. By participating in this competitive program, teens cultivate an appreciation for the visual arts to last a lifetime.
Support for the SAM Teen Arts Council is generously provided by the Kutya Major Foundation.
