In celebration of Chakaia Booker: Surface Pressure, please join Keidra Daniels Navaroli, curator of the exhibition, for a conversation with artist Chakaia Booker, focusing on Booker’s decades-long practice of creating monumental sculptures fashioned from recycled tires and other reclaimed material that confront pressing sociopolitical, cultural, and environmental issues.
