Brittany Berlin is the creator of The Banana Diaries, a vegan food blog dedicated to teaching and sharing how to make your favorite recipes entirely vegan (so no eggs and dairy-free!). Founded upon a desire to show just how easy plant-based cooking and baking can be, Brittany’s first cookbook, Baked with Love, features many classic and traditional dessert recipes, all dairy-free, eggless, as well as many gluten-free variations.
Following her talk be sure to get your copy of Baked with Love: Over 100 Allergy-Friendly Vegan Desserts signed by the author.
